SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – In under two hours, a six-woman, six-man jury found a man guilty of setting a business on fire.
On May 8, a jury found Cross McCray, 23, guilty of setting a business on fire, simple arson, on Dec. 20, 2022. It was determined that McCray caused a fire when he burglarized his place of employment on the 4100 block of Curtis Lane. Before leaving in a stolen vehicle, McCray went back into the building and set it on fire.
