SHREVEPORT, La. – Mayor Arceneaux and a team of volunteers covered ten blocks of the Highland neighborhood on Saturday under the new Block by Block program.
This is the second neighborhood the mayor has visited under the program which is aimed at tackling blight and restoring properties.
