SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – As we head into the late evening hours, we’ll be watching locations north of the I-30 corridor as a weakening complex of storms arrives from the northwest. Some strong wind gusts will be possible with this, but widespread severe weather is not expected. For the rest of the region, it will stay very warm and muggy but quiet with overnight lows in the mid and upper 70s.
Tuesday will be another hot and humid day with highs in the mid 90s and feels like temperatures approaching 105 during the afternoon. A few storms could bubble up late in the day but most locations will stay dry.
Wednesday will bring a slightly better chance of afternoon storms, but rain chances will still only be around 30 to 40%. It will still be very hot and humid with highs in the mid 90s…
