For the first time in decades, the Bossier City Council now is mostly fresh faces.
Bossier City’s mayor and council members took their oaths of office Tuesday morning at a ceremony in the Bossier Civic Center. While half those sworn in Tuesday are returning after a previous term, most of Bossier City’s council members are beginning their first term because its long-serving members have exited.
