SHREVEPORT, La. – A woman in Shreveport has been arrested and booked on three counts of neglect of family after “unsanitary and unsafe living conditions” were found in their home, police said.
Shreveport police responded to a domestic disturbance at the Village Square Apartments last month and found Cavinitri White and her three children, ages 4, 3 and 1, living in an apartment heavily infested with cockroaches.
