A man Shreveport Police said was driving in the wrong direction on Highway 3132 early Saturday morning faces charges of vehicular homicide and first-degree vehicular negligent injury.
Officers at the scene believe Joshua Cochran showed signs of impairment after driving a Jeep Gladiator westward in the eastbound lane of 3132, leading to a collision with a Ford F-250 under the Interstate 49 overpass and causing the death of the unnamed victim.
