SHREVEPORT, La. — Caddo Parish commissioners met Monday to talk about how Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson’s long-term plans fit into the parish’s economic development plans. But the meeting ended with much more.
A G-Unit rep confirmed a state-of-the-art dome is coming permanently to Shreveport, complete with LED lights and graphics, just in time for the city’s biggest festival ever.
Plans are in the works to turn Millennium Studios into the headquarters for G-Unit. Orville Hall, G-Unit’s growth advisor, said Jackson hopes travelers will pull off the highway just to check out the studio…
