A Shreveport man was arrested in Ruston last week after he reportedly caused a disturbance, damaged property, and spit on a police officer.
Bryce Latorian Bailey, 21, is facing several charges stemming from a Sept. 1 incident at a Ruston apartment complex.
When Ruston Police arrived at the complex on West Alabama Avenue, they were told Bailey was extremely intoxicated and had been banging on residents’ doors, screaming profanity, and causing a disturbance.
