SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The Shreveport Police Department says an 18-year-old jumped into action after hearing his mom scream.
Officers responded to the Ashton Pine Apartments on Sept. 9 after receiving calls about a violent domestic incident.
SPD says the mother was pinned to the floor and was being strangled by Timothy Young, when her son intervened. The young man was injured while trying to stop Young, but was eventually able to subdue him long enough for officers to arrive…
