SHREVEPORT, La. (KTBS) — This week’s Paws to Care spotlight is on Andy, a playful pup looking for his forever home at the Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana.
Andy is full of energy and loves spending time with people. Volunteers say he has a friendly personality, enjoys playtime, and would thrive in a home where he can get plenty of exercise and attention.
