WASKOM, Texas (KLTV) – A Waskom man was arrested after he sexually assaulted and kidnapped a woman, the Waskom Police Department said.
Xavier La’Ron Cooks, 34, has been charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring between one and four grams.
