SHREVEPORT, La. – The Shreveport Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile, Quincy Williams, 12, who was last seen outside his home in the 3300 block of Willer Street around 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Williams is a Black male with a low fade haircut. He is about 5 feet 1 inch to 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs around 115 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white shirt, blue jogging pants, and black slides with black socks…
