CADDO PARISH, La. (KSLA) – The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding a truck involved in a deadly hit-and-run.
Officials say the incident happened Friday, Sept. 26 sometime between 11:15 and 11:30 p.m. on the shoulder of Highway 173 (also known as Shreveport-Blanchard Road) near Smith Lane. A man was walking on the shoulder of the road at this location when he was fatally hit by a truck, officials say.
