One man wanted in connection with a mass shooting in Allendale on September 20 was arrested Tuesday by Shreveport Police in cooperation with U.S. Marshals and the ATF.
Rasson Smith Jr., 21, faces a charge of attempted second-degree murder and could face others charges for his possible involvement in the incident that left two dead and six others wounded. SPD, in announcing his warrant four days after the shooting, described him as a suspected gang member with “no hesitation in using a firearm.”
