A Caddo Parish Jury found a Shreveport Man guilty of simple robbery in Caddo District Court.
Back in 2023, 49 year-old Arnold Ballard Jr. was in a Shreveport safe-haven that serves the homeless in the city. While there, he assaulted his victim and took the victim’s personal property.
According to testimony Ballard hit the victim several times during the robbery. When the victim tried calling Police, Ballard took the victim’s cell phone and headset from around his neck.
