The Regions Center property has been pulled from the next sheriff’s sale auction lineup. The two office buildings and parking garage in the 300 block of Texas Street in downtown Shreveport was supposed to go up on the block on Wednesday. The auction’s new date is Dec. 17.
The change to the auction came as the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Civil Division was waiting on the official property appraisal. That appraisal would have set the opening bid which is two-thirds of appraised value.
