This week, 67 people were booked and kept at the Caddo Correctional Center for various crimes.
One of those booked was brought in for a shooting on Highland Square.
Earlier this month, officers responded to Highland Square where they found a man in the road suffering two gunshot wounds to his lower body.
SPD Officers immediately jumped into action rendering aid to the victim, applying tourniquets to both of his legs. The Doctors who treated the victim at the hospital said this act likely saved his life. Shreveport Fire arrived shortly after and transported him for further treatment…
