A man has been arrested by Shreveport Police and faces a potential manslaughter charge after an investigation into a domestic violence incident in the Cedar Grove neighborhood.
Evantavious Deon Williams, 23, was arrested on suspicion of being connected to the death of a 19-year-old woman at a residence in the 200 block of W. 69th Street.
