SHREVEPORT, La. – While many families across Shreveport spent Christmas at home, first responders and health care workers reported for duty.
At the Shreveport Police Department, most officers working Christmas volunteered for the shift. Police say about 20 officers per shift were on duty responding to calls throughout the day.
