Over the weekend, Deputies from the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the 4200 block of Roy Road in response to a welfare concern.
The victim’s daughter called CPSO and reported that she had not heard from her father for days and was unable to get him on the phone. When deputies got to the scene, they knocked on the door, and the victim, a 63-year-old disabled male, who showed visible signs of physical abuse and had blood on his face answered the door.
He told the CPSO Deputies that his son had been inside the home and had been physically abusing him since Christmas Day. The victim told Deputies that his son held him against his will and prevented him from seeking help by breaking his phone…
