BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Louisiana Treasurer John Fleming hand-delivered an unclaimed property check for $163K to Southern University.
Fleming met with Southern University officials to give the collegiate system $163,943.14. This property claim is shared between all campuses, including the Baton Rouge campus, the New Orleans campus, the Shreveport campus, the Law Center, the Agricultural Research Center, and Southern Lab School.
