The nation’s largest Black History Month parade will spotlight leadership, legacy and excellence as communities gather for the 38th Annual African American Parade, one of the most prominent cultural celebrations in the United States.
The parade is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday in Shreveport, La., and will be streamed live on KTBS+, a streaming service of the local ABC station.
Among this year’s distinguished honorees is Dr. Tamara P. Glover, reigning Mrs. USA International Global, who represents the United States on a national and international stage while proudly calling Arkansas home.
