Over 400 pounds of narcotics were found in Shreveport-Bossier vape shops, leading to the arrest of five vape shop employees.
On Thursday, Feb. 12, the Shreveport Police Department and the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office co-hosted a press conference to discuss a joint operation that resulted in the seizure of a substantial number of narcotics and over $30,000 in proceeds from sales.
Shreveport Police Chief Wayne Smith said, “During this operation, products that are illegal to sell anywhere in the United States. Some way or another they’re being manufactured and making their way to our stores, to our cities, to our streets, to our children.”…
