Discontinued Cigarettes Targeted in Kings Highway Theft

On February 22, 2026, at approximately 11:30 a.m., officers responded to a theft report at the Circle K in the 1300 block of Kings Highway. According to the store manager, an older Black male entered a restricted stockroom area near the restrooms without permission.

Once inside, the suspect allegedly grabbed a large quantity of discontinued cigarette cartons, concealed them inside his jacket, and walked out of the store without attempting to pay.
