SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — The Shreveport Police Department is actively investigating a motor vehicle theft incident that took place on February 13, 2026, at around 4:00 p.m.
Arcadia Mayor arrested for felony misuse of over $30K in public funds, LBI alleges
Police say a woman reported that her daughter had allegedly taken her vehicle without consent while they were at Logan’s Roadhouse. Multiple witnesses corroborated the woman’s account to responding officers.
The suspect, identified as Trista Shayann Schroeder, is believed to have been involved in at least one hit-and-run crash in Bossier City since the theft. The stolen vehicle is described as a 2016 red Hyundai Accent.
