SHREVEPORT La. – Water was handed out at several locations Tuesday, including the State Fairgrounds of Louisiana, where Shreveport residents lined up to pick up free bottled water following a citywide water main break.
A steady stream of vehicles moved through the site, with families waiting patiently after dealing with little to no water pressure at their homes.
