SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – On Wednesday morning, March 4, 2026, at 10:27 a.m., the Shreveport Fire Department responded to a fire at a vacant apartment complex in the 1000 block of Quail Creek, known as the Jolie Apartments.
When firefighters arrived, they encountered heavy smoke and flames coming from one of the large units within the complex. Crews immediately initiated a coordinated attack to bring the blaze under control. A total of 19 units responded to the scene, and the fire was contained just before 11 a.m…
