SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — City officials have confirmed that a major network outage lasting nearly two weeks impacted multiple departments across the city.
The disruption began on Friday, February 20th, following a fiber break between the government plaza and the Amos water plant. While most services were impacted, emergency operations remained active through the port city 311 app, like payroll and customer service.
