Shreveport man sentenced to 10 years for pointing gun at police drone

SHREVEPORT, La. – A Shreveport man must serve a decade in prison after pointing a handgun at a police drone last summer.

Eutravious Houston, 33, was sentenced Tuesday. The judge ordered Houston to serve the sentence without the benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence.

The incident occurred on July 30 while Shreveport Police and the U.S. Marshals Violent Offender Task Force were executing arrest warrants in the 1500 block of Belwood Street.
