SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Regions Tower, one of downtown Shreveport’s most recognizable buildings, was officially sold March 11 at a Caddo Parish sheriff’s sale to Wilmington Trust for $15,750,000.
The sale closes a chapter that began when the mortgage on the high-rise fell delinquent in July 2025. The property, formerly owned by Plaza Investments, owed $39 million.
They had been listed for the sheriff’s auction since October of last year, before finally drawing competitive bids…
