BOSSIER CITY, La. (KSLA) – UPDATE: According to Bossier City Police, as of 5:54 a.m. on Mar. 17, Ruben Hoskins, Jr. has been located by Ouachita Sheriff’s Office and is safe.
Bossier City police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 73-year-old man with dementia.
