SHREVEPORT, La. — Gunfire erupted Monday afternoon at a busy Shreveport intersection, sending nearby residents running for cover as multiple shooters exchanged gunfire, police said.
The shooting occurred near the corner of Kings Highway and Mall St. Vincent Avenue. Some neighbors said they were outside when the gunfire began and immediately rushed to safety.
