The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man from Frierson following an investigation into inappropriate sexual activity involving a juvenile.
35 year-old Kenneth Sousa, of Frierson was taken into custody and charged with indecent behavior with juveniles.
The investigation started when a juvenile victim told her therapist and mother that inappropriate sexual activity had occurred involving Sousa, who is a family member. Authorities were called, and the case was immediately investigated…
