SHREVEPORT, La. – Drivers along a busy Shreveport street slowed down Friday for more than traffic, as an evangelist marked Good Friday by handing out thousands of free wooden crosses and sparking conversations about faith.
Evangelist Leo Lytle travels the country but made a stop on East 70th Street as part of his “Cross-ing America” mission. The tour has taken him across all 50 states over the past eight years.
