SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU) has arrested a Shreveport woman recently for providing medical services to patients without a license.
The Shreveport Police Department (SPD) Investigative Unit initially opened a complaint involving the woman, Letatia Vance-Norris, who was the owner and operator of Total Health Family Clinic.
