BOSSIER CITY, La. (KSLA) – Elm Grove Middle School was placed on restricted movement Thursday afternoon (May 14) after a suspicious armed person was reportedly seen near the campus.
Bossier City Police officials say around 1:40 p.m., the school resource officer received a call that someone saw a person with a gun dressed all in black who seemed suspicious.
At this time, officials say they’re not aware of any shots being fired.
The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office says the school was cleared and no such person was found. Officers also checked nearby Sun City Elementary School, which was placed on a temporary restricted movement. That order has since been lifted as well…
