Money is now reaching the families of victims of the April 19th mass shooting in Shreveport that left 8 children dead.
The Community Foundation set up a Survivors Fund, but after thousands of dollars were donated, the agency learned IRS rules would not allow the money to be handed over directly to individuals. So the donations were refunded.
But now, the agency has found a private donor to step up and help the families…
