SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport (HACS) will begin accepting applications for one-bedroom units at Barton Manor starting at 8:30 a.m. on June 8, 2026.
The application window will close at 4:30 p.m. on June 10, 2026.
Families interested in applying can submit their applications online through the HACS website. Officials say no paper applications will be available…
