Indian Express has reopened under new ownership at 11315 Fern St. in Wheaton, bringing a refreshed vision while keeping many of the longtime staples customers have come to expect from the neighborhood Indian restaurant.
The restaurant, which currently holds a 4.6-star rating based on 79 Google reviews, says the transition will focus on improving the space while maintaining the menu and cooking style that helped build its local following over the years.
