Downtown Silver Spring’s Locavino Wine Café Seeks Approval to Pour Again

Beer and wine sales are expected to resume next month at the award-winning Locavino wine café in Downtown Silver Spring following a temporary lapse in the restaurant’s alcohol license.

Co-owners Jarrod Jabre and Justin Wallace did not specify the circumstances behind the lapse but said in a Friday morning statement that they look forward to their August 6 hearing before the Montgomery County Board of License Commissioners on their application for a new beer & wine sales license.
