PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A Prince George’s County firefighter was taken to the hospital after battling a house fire in Piscataway on Saturday.
According to the Prince George’s County Fire and EMS Department (PGFD), firefighters were called at 5:13 p.m. to a house fire on Strawberry Hill Drive.

At the scene, heavy flames and smoke billowed from the deck and extended to the roof of the two-story home.
The PGFD said one firefighter was transported to the hospital for evaluation, and no other injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation…
