WASHINGTON (7News) — A man was shot and killed Monday afternoon near the D.C.-Maryland line in Southeast Washington, D.C., police said.
Seventh District officers responded around 3:45 p.m. to the intersection of Southern Avenue and Owens Road SE for a reported shooting, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
