A homicide defendant pleaded not guilty to eight charges against him at a felony arraignment before DC Superior Court Judge Todd Edelman on Sept. 18.
Alan Wilson, 23, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder while armed, three counts of possession of firearm during crime of violence, robbery while armed, unlawful possession of a firearm with a prior crime of violence, and carrying a pistol without licence outside home or business.
The charges stem from his alleged involvement in the shooting of 27-year-old Jermaine McGhee-Holmes on Oct. 25, 2025 in the Columbia Heights neighborhood, on the 3200 block of Hiatt Place, NW.
