A defendant accepted a plea deal for obstructing justice in her ex-husband’s fatal shooting before DC Superior Court Judge Todd Edelman on Sept. 25.
Tamera Brown, 30, was initially charged with conspiracy, first-degree premeditated murder while armed, two counts of threats to kidnap or injure a person, and obstruction of justice. These charges stemmed from Brown’s alleged involvement in the fatal shooting of her ex-husband, 28 year-old Darron Holmes, at the 1200 block of Southern Avenue, SE on April 16, 2022.
