WASHINGTON – Police have arrested two men accused of shooting at a Metrobus. Detectives say the incident began off the bus as an attempted robbery in the 4500 block of First Street, SE, on Wednesday at 12:29 p.m. The victim ran onto the Metrobus to escape, but was followed by 18-year-old Stephen Metts Jr. and 19-year-old Jovontae Wallace.
