WASHINGTON (7News) – Mike Gill, the former member of the D.C. Board of Elections who was shot in the 900 block of K Street NW on Monday, has died. Gill was one of two people shot and three people carjacked by the same suspect during a violent crime spree Monday and Tuesday in D.C. and Prince George’s County.
