Kajiken, a restaurant that offers “soupless ramen,” will be opening soon at The Shops at Congressional Village shopping center on Rockville Pike in Rockville. The restaurant, which was founded in Japan in 2010, has put up signage in the window at the shopping center. Kajiken successfully expanded its presence globally, reaching 100 stores worldwide, in 2022. The inaugural United States location opened in nearby Baltimore in August of that year.
