Gonzales Poll: Marylanders feel strongly about gun laws, Gov Moore’s approval still high

A new Gonzales Poll is getting Marylanders’ pulse on two state issues: Firearms safety and transportation funding. The poll asked voters if they would support raising sales tax to 7% to fund transit projects. A vast majority of respondents — 60% — said they oppose the idea, while 37% said they support it. Transportation funding includes both money for bridges and roads as well as mass transit.
