COLUMBIA, Md. (WBFF) – The Howard County Police Department (HCPD) is investigating whether juveniles and a stolen car are connected to a string of robberies involving students this week. Investigators say four male students at Hammond High School in Columbia were robbed on their way to school Monday morning.
