Man hurt in Montgomery Village shooting

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) said officers were still looking for the person responsible for a shooting late Saturday night.

Officers were dispatched to the 18900 block of Mills Choice Road just after 9:20 p.m. There, they found a man who had been shot.

He was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

As of 10:24 p.m., MCPD said they were still at the scene and that no suspect was in custody.
